Upload picture: paste picture, drag and drop picture into chat box

Currently we do not support the ability to paste or drag & drop an image into the chat box with the AI tutor/coach. We plan to enable this for improved usability by student users, especially for the following use cases:

1. sending the AI tutor/coach a screen shot they’ve just taken to get feedback

2. sending the AI tutor/coach a screen shot they’ve just taken to trouble shoot
